I’m no longer drinking my favorite hot beverage. I’ve changed from coffee to tea. Man, how I miss coffee. I still enjoy the smell in the morning (my partner still drinks the stuff), and I still have lingering daydreams of nursing a warm, black cup of Major Dickason’s Blend with a toasty bear claw on the side. Anyhow, tea is my new thing, and not because I prefer it or enjoy it, but because tea won’t have any detrimental effects on my health. In fact, it’s good for me (i.e. digestive health and anti-constipation!). I drink a cup of Roasted Dandelion Root in the morning in lieu of coffee and it’s alright, I guess, but even better with a teaspoon of honey.
