My Keto Meals

This is what I eat everyday, twice a day:
- Swiss chard (or collard greens) sautéed in coconut oil
- Grass-fed Angus beef or Grass-fed NY Steak or Grass-fed bison burger patties
- Celtic Sea Salt (1.5 teaspoons)
- Coconut oil on the side (2 tablespoons)
- 3 egg yolks

Not in the drawing:
- Mocca-Java Decaf from Peets with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (keto coffee)

Despite the monotony, I do enjoy my simple meals. Meat and veggies bathed in coconut oil? Quite good!
