ARE THESE STICKERS WATERPROOF?
My stickers are for indoor use (inside planners or for decorating letters and gifts). Here's more info on the 2 kinds of paper I use:

Clear Matte Film:
not water resistant, so please use indoors and keep them away from moisture.

Opaque Matte Vinyl:
water resistant! These stickers are waterproof if splashed with water or if left in the rain, but please don't rub or wash them.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Two days. To ensure that the stickers dry fully, each sheet is air dried for at least 24 hours prior to packaging.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Post office days are Mondays and Thursdays:
- orders placed by Saturday will ship Mondays
- orders placed by Tuesday will ship Thursdays

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

If you're ordering from the US, you'll have the choice between USPS First Class and USPS Priority. International orders will be mailed out via USPS First Class International. Below are the estimated arrival times.

USPS First Class: 
2-5 business days from time of shipment with tracking

USPS Priority:
1-3 business days from time of shipment with tracking

USPS First Class International:
5-10 business days, but may take 3-4 weeks depending on your country's customs. Also, speaking of customs, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Okay? OK!

HOW WILL YOU PACKAGE MY ORDER?
I'll ship your stickers in a cello sleeve, inside a sturdy, rigid, protective envelope with a DO NOT BEND sticker on the front and back.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
All sales are final, so please choose carefully!

WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?
USA orders:
If the destination of your order is in the USA, your order will be shipped with tracking info (USPS First Class and USPS Priority), so if it gets lost, we'll know where it is at all times. Regardless, please contact me --- I'll strive to make it right.

International Orders:
If your order is destined outside of the USA, I don't accept refunds or exchanges, even for lost or damaged parcels. I'm a tiny small business, and I can't take responsibility for how mail is handled by postal systems. Rest assured, your package will leave my hands supremely protected and carefully packaged.
